1993 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3 liter 8 valve
32 mpg mixed highway/city
Automatic Transmission, Moonroof, Power Windows/Locks,
Keyless remote entry, MBTex Premium Vinyl Seats, Aftermarket in-dash CD player
and speakers (Sony Explōd)
145,700 miles, engine runs smooth and powerful
Rims are 17” staggered AMG Mono II chrome and retail at the
Mercedes parts counter for $1700 each
Rear tires are brand new this summer and fronts are very low
mileage
All tie-rods were replaced earlier this year (winter) and an
alignment was done at that time
Aftermarket headlights and clear corner lights installed to
make the car look more modern
K&N High-Flow washable lifetime air filter
H&R Lowering Springs (about 1 and ¼ inch drop)
Bilstein Heavy Duty Sport Suspension (aftermarket upgrade)
lifetime
Fenders pulled out and rolled to accommodate rims
Tires rub slightly on big bumps and dips when there are 4
people in the car, this is a very slight rub that doesn’t even mark the tires
but it makes a noticeable sound
Comes with 4 additional genuine Mercedes rims and 2
aftermarket rims for use as snow tires/spare
All tires are the same diameter so using stock rims as a
spare isn’t an issue
Air conditioning hasn’t been used in years. All parts (the
complete AC system) are available cheap on eBay and I would recommend buying
all of them in advance and then having them installed. This would probably be
cheaper, and definitely a better value than paying a mechanic for multiple
diagnostic sessions.
